  1. After installing the hinges, weld a piece of profile pipe at the bottom of the support. Do this haphazardly around the entire perimeter. Thanks to this technique, the post, when it is installed in a dug hole in the ground, will be securely fixed in the concrete.

To connect the parts of the swing gates into a single product, take a tape measure and mark the location of the plumb lines on the gates. Then weld the return canopies and hang the sashes on the supports. After this, the finished gates are installed in the prepared place.

The technology for installing swing gates includes the following steps

  • Dig holes in the ground at least 0.5 meters deep. Make sure that the distance between them is the same and that the fence line is respected.
  •  Place the posts in the prepared holes and make sure that they are positioned strictly vertically. Strengthen them in a way accessible to you to fix this position.
  • Fill the holes almost to the top with pre-prepared concrete and leave the structure for 2-3 days. The concrete will dry, firmly rooting the pillars in the ground.
  • Hang the sashes on the supports and check how accurately you managed to complete the job.

Note! Once the structure is fully assembled, it will be difficult to correct the shortcomings.
