Three months before his release from a correctional institution in Khakassia, a person involved in the ABTO case, Bogdan Golonkov, was charged with a criminal case under the article on disorganization of a correctional institution (Article 321 of the Criminal Code).

There were four of us in the PKT cell (cell-type room - OVD-Info) of IK-35. Me, Shukhrat Ibodov, Aminjon Mirsaidov and Maxim Sushkov. The latter was "low status", "resentful".

We didn't have long to live together. Soon a report is filed against Ibodov for allegedly forcing Sushkov to do the cleaning for him. And Sushkov, having received cigarettes and moved to another cell, signed everything. The three of us were left. Ibodov’s fate was already sealed. We gave him advice on how to behave better at the EPCT, he put aside things that should not be taken with him.

Soon he was taken away. The next day, the head of the operational department came and ordered me to write a statement that neither I nor Ibodov were subjected to force or special means used by the employees of IK-35. I wrote and realized that something bad had happened.

A week or two later I was urgently called to the duty station. There they suggested that I slander Ibodov for making a phone call. Like, it’s really necessary, the Moscow commission came because of him. I refused. I said that I could only give neutral testimony. This is what we agreed on.

“He was electrocuted to death”

On 12/13/17, lawyer [Vladimir - OVD-Info] Tirskikh came to me and told me the news about Ibodov - that he had been electrocuted to death, that the boss and several EPKT employees had been detained, that a serious investigation had begun. I said that I intended to write a statement to the head of the EPKT about the crime.

I was very sad and now understood why my explanations were needed. The employees tried to denigrate Ibodov and make him look like a scoundrel, which he was not. He was a wise, calm and balanced person.

An operative led me back from the lawyer and carefully found out why the lawyer had come. I answered him directly that I had learned about Ibodov’s death and that I was going to write a statement to the Investigative Committee.

Instead of leading me to the detachment, they took me to the duty station. There I was questioned, examined and taken down one floor to a medical bay. Honey. a box is a cell with a fairly good repair, a closed toilet and single-tier beds, for keeping convicts with infectious diseases or (which is most often used) for keeping convicts who need to be hidden from the masses.

They took me to LIU-34 (medical and correctional institution - OVD-Info). This is a tube. a zone where they are treated for tuberculosis, but I was healthy. That is why they gave me two months of PCT - so that I would not intersect with sick convicts.

Upon arrival, I was locked in a solitary cell - that’s all. At the LIU I had a very unpleasant conversation with the first deputy head of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Khakassia, ex-chief of the EPKT [Andrei - OVD-Info] Misyura, in which he promised to “diversify my life in the Minusinsk prison.”

“Misyura killed me”

Upon returning to IK-35, they began to put me with “ducks” - decoy prisoners. They are, in principle, harmless if you are not engaged in any active activity, but I was in full swing with activity!

Why are these “ducks” dangerous? They are planted to collect information, but can be used as false witnesses. “Ducks” can write that I’m planning a riot, that I’m planning an escape—whatever!

But soon I was left alone. They extended my PCT for another 3 months, and then they put me in a punishment cell for washing my socks. At this time, they gave me a basin in the cell - for washing, and so that I could wash exclusively in it. I started washing in a basin, and (lo and behold!) they brought me a report for “misuse of the basin.” For this “violation” he received 8 days in a punishment cell.

When I was placed in the punishment cell, I was transferred to a larger cell, and the next day the “vigilant inspectors” found a sharpened wire in my sweatshirt. I couldn’t stand this anymore, I wrote an eloquent explanation to the point: they planted a wire, I demand a lawyer to exercise my right to defense, I’m going on a hunger strike. For throwing a wire, they give me 15 days in a punishment cell.

More and more often I began to receive “alarm bells” from convicts. They said that the operatives offered them to slander me and my lawyer. Those convicts who were also visited by my lawyer were asked to slander the lawyer that he was provoking and persuading the convicts to complain.

On September 15, 2018, Misyura visited me again. He said that he always keeps his word (which did not stop him from retracting his words during the prosecutor’s investigation into my statement of threats). Apparently, by this he means that he will still contribute to my transfer “to prison”, where they will “make a girl” out of me, where I will “change my orientation” and in general my life will be in doubt.

This was precisely the reason why I, having picked up a fragment of tile, carved the phrase on my hand: “Misyura killed me” (the wounds on a corpse do not heal and it is impossible to erase them), wrote a dying explanation to the head of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Khakassia, Bazhan Ya.I., and After waiting for lights out, he hanged himself on the sheets. But the inspectors on duty in the punishment cell/PKT did not let me die, they ran into the cell, took me off the noose, took my dying declaration and took me to the hospital. room.

“With complaints, I disorganized the work of the institution”

On October 9, 2018, Ruslan Sultanov was assigned to me. On October 12, a lawyer comes to me, I address human rights activists, I submit a statement to the head of IK-35, I ask that inspections be carried out on some violations. Sultanov transforms and begins to behave openly provocative, provokes conflict, is rude, insolent, insulting. I endured it for a week, but on October 19, after another insult, I lost my temper, “edited” his face and kicked him out of the cell.

On November 8, 2018, an investigator from the Investigative Committee of Khakassia comes to me and says that I allegedly beat Sultanov because he refused to slander the administration. I am dumbfounded and try to explain to him that this is a lie, but he and the officers from the department claim that with my complaints I disorganized the work of the institution and that I incited other convicts to complain about the administration.

Having digested what happened, on November 17 I wrote a statement to my boss and tried to discuss the current situation with him. To which I receive the answer that the administration will be able to try to stop the “starting flywheel,” but I must stop corresponding with human rights activists and refuse a lawyer.

I am writing the refusal retroactively, but on November 20 a lawyer is coming to see me. Having discussed this situation with him, I write a statement to the Investigative Committee with a request to interview me as part of a pre-investigation check. On November 22, an investigator comes, tries to “persuade” me to take a special order, guarantees that he will come to an agreement with the investigator, prosecutor and judge, but I will be required to slander the lawyer. I refused.

“There is a presumption of guilt”

In the colony, collective responsibility is often instilled, which provokes a hostile attitude towards the guilty convict. The measures taken against convicted persons are punitive in nature. This is eloquently evidenced by the statistics of transfers of convicts to the EPKT.

There are no incentives for good behavior in the colony: there are no vacations and practically no parole. There is a presumption of guilt.

In this institution, some strange experiment is being conducted to identify from the mass of convicted people who are not gifted with intellect, but with impressive physical characteristics and leadership ambitions. Next, these “proteges” are introduced into detachments, where their function is to maintain a stressful atmosphere and order in the detachment. They make sure that every convict is afraid to complain to supervisory authorities and is eager to leave the detachment for work somewhere.

These “proteges” are on privileged conditions, and when they commit any crimes, instead of initiating an investigation, they are simply transferred from light conditions to ordinary ones - for “sleeping” or “obscene language.”

Prosaic ending

Bogdan committed his first crime on December 28, 2009. Together with Kirill Krasavchikov and Alexander Bokarev, they set fire to a police stronghold in Losino-Petrovsky near Moscow. Eight days earlier, on the eve of State Security Workers Day, a group of young people set fire to the FSB building in the southwest of Moscow.

The arsonists broke a window on the first floor and threw a Molotov cocktail inside. Golonkov and Krasavchikov set fire to trade tents belonging to people from the Caucasus. The group is also responsible for setting fire to the Chkalovsky police station, the Sadko restaurant in Losino-Petrovsky, and a hostel with migrant workers.

All actions were filmed and published on the Internet. The activities of the group of Golonkov and Krasavchikov ended rather prosaically: after setting fire to another tent, private security guards caught up with them and, breaking their noses, detained them.

Later, several episodes, including an attack on the FSB building, were combined into one trial, called the “Autonomous Combat Terrorist Organization” (“ABTO”) case.
