If the angle is smaller, it is easier to cut hard (or frozen) wood, since the move becomes smoother and vibrations are reduced. Therefore, manufacturers of saw consumables produce a wide range of chains for different types of wood.

The sequence is something like this:

1. We place a holder with a round file installed in it on the chain. We place the arrows on the bar parallel to the tire. Checking the sharpening angles;

My recommendation is to first sharpen the teeth in one direction, then move to the other side. It's much more convenient this way. All of them must be sharpened to the size of the tooth that is the smallest (the most worn).
